Refunds and Exchanges

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 'Yogurt2You.com', simply return within 30 days in its original condition and the product cost will be refunded in full - Please note that we cannot refund any return postage costs.
We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please contact us with the details before doing so.

We have established two 'freight-inclusive' price structures depending on postal regions of the world. The initial price shown on any product on this website is inclusive of standard freight charges. We offer an alternative option of 'Express' freight delivery. At 'checkout' in the 'shopping cart' area these two freight inclusive prices are shown.
Please note that the 'Shopping Cart' is configured for DELIVERY address pricing, and not the REGION that YOU may be ordering FROM.
Yogurt2You accepts no liability for product delivery of the order due to incorrect delivery address details being supplied.
You must pay by credit card. Your credit card details are delivered immediately to a secure e-commerce server and our bank immediately debits your card for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Yogurt2You.com is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed.
Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Yogurt2You.com. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island address, until delivered to your shipping agent.
We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.
